Product Care

Maintenance of the finish of your tapware is important.  Here are a few simple tips to follow:
Chrome Finish
Chrome plated surfaces should be cleaned with a soft damp cloth using water with liquid detergent or soap, then wiped dry to avoid water spots.
Do not use cleaning agents containing a corrosive acid or scouring agent, as well as cream cleaners (they are abrasive), as they may damage the surface which can void your warranty.
Matte Black | Brushed Nickel | Brushed Stainless | Brushed Brass | White Gloss-Chrome | Black Gloss-Chrome
Surfaces need to be cleaned regularly with a soft damp cloth using water with liquid detergent or soap, then wiped dry to avoid water spots.
Do not use cleaning agents containing a corrosive acid or scouring agent, as well as cream cleaners (they are abrasive), as they may damage the surface which can void your warranty.

Stainless Steel  304
Stainless steel surfaces should be cleaned with a soft damp cloth using water with liquid detergent or soap.
Do not use cleaning agents containing a corrosive acid or scouring agent, as well as cream cleaners (they are abrasive), as they may damage the surface which can void your warranty.
Outdoor Installations
Stainless Steel 304 is suitable for most outdoor installations but not in coastal areas.   Stainless steel surfaces should be cleaned weekly with liquid detergent or soap and water, then sprayed with fresh water and then wiped dry.  If water spots accumulate on the surface, clean by applying a 50/50 solution of water and white vinegar, spray with fresh water and then wipe dry.
