Silk Bronze Galiano Pull Down Kitchen Sink Mixer

DID: PMO-NZ-SBG-2610-T1-A7BA

  1. Promoter

    1. The promoter is Greens Global Ltd, trading as Greens Tapware. By entering, you accept these terms.

  2. Entry period

    1. Entries open at 1:19pm Tuesday 27 October 2026 and close at 5:00pm Saturday 31 October 2026 (Auckland time, NZDT). Our website server's time decides whether an entry is on time.

  3. Who can enter

    1. New Zealand residents aged 18 or over.
    2. Staff of the promoter and agencies involved in the promotion, and their immediate families, cannot enter.

  4. How to enter

    1. Complete the entry form at https://greenstapware.com/giveaway/2026-10/silk-bronze-galiano-pull-down-kitchen-sink-mixer/. Entry is free.
    2. Limit of one entry per person and per email address. Extra entries are ignored.
    3. Social media likes, follows, shares, comments or tags are not entries. The Instagram actions in clause 4.5 are conditions to win, checked on the drawn entry only.
    4. We may disqualify false, automated or duplicate entries.
    5. To be eligible to win, by the close time the entrant must:
      1. have entered through the form at https://greenstapware.com/giveaway/2026-10/silk-bronze-galiano-pull-down-kitchen-sink-mixer/ with their Instagram handle;
      2. follow @greens_tapware_nz on Instagram; and
      3. have commented on our Instagram post announcing this giveaway, published by @greens_tapware_nz and linked from the campaign page, from that handle, tagging at least 2 other real Instagram users.
    6. We check these conditions only for the entrant drawn. If they are not met, that entry is ineligible and a new winner is drawn under clause 7.3.
    7. The entrant's Instagram account must let us see their comment and follow when we check, for example by being public.
    8. Only one entry per person counts, however many comments, tags or platforms are used. Other likes and shares are welcome but are not conditions.

  5. Prize

    1. The prize is 1 x Galiano Pull-Down Sink Mixer in PVD Silk Bronze, valued at NZD $817.03 (recommended retail price including GST when entries open).
    2. The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.
    3. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we will substitute one of equal or greater value, with the winner's agreement where possible.
    4. We send the prize free by tracked courier, signature required, to the street address in New Zealand the winner gives us. We dispatch it within 5 business days of the winner's claim and it will be delivered within 28 days of the draw, unless delivery fails because of the winner (see below).
    5. The prize is our responsibility until it is delivered: signed for at the address, or left as the winner or someone at the address asked. After that, it is the winner's responsibility.
    6. If the prize does not arrive or arrives damaged, tell us through our contact page within 2 business days, with photos of any damage. If the courier's proof does not show delivery as above, or the prize is damaged, we will replace the missing or damaged items.
    7. If delivery fails because the address is wrong or incomplete, or no one is available to sign or collect, we will tell the winner and send the prize once more; the time until the winner replies is added to the delivery period. If the winner does not reply within 14 days, or the second delivery also fails, the prize is forfeited and redrawn as set out in 7.3.
    8. Installation is not included. Products that connect to the water supply or mains power need a licensed plumber or electrician to install them, following the Greens installation instructions. If they are installed any other way, the warranty does not apply and, to the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that results.
    9. The prize carries the standard Greens warranty. Keep the installation invoice.

  6. Draw

    1. The winner is drawn at random by computer from all valid entries at Auckland, New Zealand at 3:00pm Monday 2 November 2026 (Auckland time, NZDT).

  7. Winner

    1. We will notify the winner within 2 business days of the draw, via email and by direct message only from @greens_tapware_nz on Instagram.
    2. To claim, the winner must use the personal link in our email within 48 hours of the time we send it, confirm they meet these terms and give a street address in New Zealand for delivery (not a PO Box, Private Bag or parcel locker). We never ask for payment, passwords or card details.
    3. If the winner does not reply in time or is not eligible, the prize is forfeited. We may draw reserve entries, at the same time as the winner or later, from the same eligible entries and in the same way. The prize then passes to the next reserve in the order drawn, and so on; if no reserve is left, we draw again the same way.
    4. Once the winner is confirmed (eligible, and their claim accepted), we will publish their first name, last initial, town or suburb and region at https://greenstapware.com/giveaway/2026-10/silk-bronze-galiano-pull-down-kitchen-sink-mixer/ within 2 business days and keep it there for 28 days. A drawn entrant who does not reply in time or is not eligible is not published.

  8. Privacy

    1. We use your entry details to run this promotion and contact the winner, under our privacy policy at https://greenstapware.com/privacy-policy/.
    2. Marketing emails are a separate, optional tick box. It is not needed to enter, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

  9. General

    1. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
    2. We are not responsible for entries lost through technical problems. These terms will not change once entries open. If the promotion cannot run for reasons outside our control, we may suspend or cancel it.
    3. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or run by, or associated with, Instagram, Meta or any other social media platform. You release those platforms from any responsibility for it.
    4. These terms are governed by New Zealand law. For questions, contact us.
